Whistleblowing System

In accordance with the December 9, 2016 “Sapin II “ law (No. 2016-1691) relating to transparency, the fight against corruption and the modernization of economic life; any employee or external and occasional staff of the Economic and Social Union companies (EIG La Réunion Aérienne and Réunion Aérienne & Spatiale), wishing to report illicit or inappropriate behavior may use the following reporting form.

The behaviors that can be reported relate to these different areas of which you must have had personal knowledge:

  • Corruption and Influence Trafficking;
  • Accounting and financial area;
  • Anti-competitive practice;
  • Health and security at work;
  • Harassment;
  • Theft, embezzlement and breach of trust;
  • Environmental Protection;
  • Discrimination;
  • Violation of privacy.

We undertake to acknowledge receipt within 10 working days, and to respond to your alert within a maximum of 3 months.

In order to exchange with you, your identity will be used in the course of the investigation, but treated in the greatest confidentiality and communicated exclusively to the whistleblower referents who are the Chief Executive Officer and the Corporate Secretary.



No sanctions will be taken against the whistleblower in good faith who acted disinterestedly (even if the facts subsequently proved to be inaccurate or did not lead to any disciplinary or judicial action).
